The Homebuyer Survey, also know as a Level 2 Survey, is a detailed inspection of the property designed to evaluate the overall condition of the building and highlight any obvious defects and ongoing maintenance considerations to the potential buyer.
Our surveyor will inspect every element of the building, including the accessible roof spaces, roof structure and insulation provision within. All building elements both internally and externally will be inspected, identified and catalogued within the report. Suitable for the majority of home purchases, this report will help the buyer make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase or to renegotiate the price.
Much like the Building survey, we can complete these inspections with the use of our DJI camera drone, which allows us to view detailed aerial images and adds an additional element to our inspections.
