This type of survey is tailored to suit the specifics of the property, and the local building conditions and materials. It’s most appropriate for older or unusual properties, or ones that have either been significantly modified in the past, or that you intend to modify. This level of survey will provide the buyer with a detailed report on every aspect of the property and all our Level 3 surveys can be completed with the aid of our DJI camera drone where possible, to provide a detailed, truly unique perspective of the condition and maintenance considerations of your new home.
